I had normal delivery...can I eat potato and brinjal curry??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Better to avoid. Because both cause constipation. After delivery you have week digestive system. So take easy to digest foods, more of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Also take sprouted pulses.
