Q.

I had delivery in Sept'23. Now having slight stiffness in knees and pain on one side of the back of shoulder. Is ut arthritis? I am normal weight and on breastfeeding.

A. Sometimes after delivery during the winter season like the first winter season some women can face this kind of a problem you can consult consult your doctor they will help you with basic medications and you should also do hot compress that will help you
