Q.

i had consulted my ped for loose motion in baby he told znd drops nd enterogermania... but suddenly baby got high fever nd had to take to nearby ped nd he changed the course of medicines for fever and loose motions... can I leave the earlier medicines halfway nd give new meds I just gVe one dose of antibiotic to my baby for stomach infection can I stop giving other dopses he is feeling better now...

A. hello. look it depends on which one you were giving earlier.. it would be good to continue with advice medication of later one. give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.

A. Give plenty of fluid and avoid dehydration. Take medicines and follow the advice of doctor.

A. offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child. keep your child hydrated prefer homemade healthy food. maintain good hygiene

A. hi you should follow your treating doctor's advice and give Medicine as per his prescription though a child is getting recovery , please don't stop giving Medicine in between without consulting your pediatrician.
