I had C section on March 25, Can I climb 3550 steps in Tirupati in d monthend of November?

A. Yes you can. Pc After delivering a baby, your body needs good nutrition to heal and recover.In addition, if you are breastfeeding, you require more calories than normal.so have proper sleep with good nutrition. Avoid lemon honey water. Include ghee instead of oil for cooking. Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping till 1 year. Application of tila tail every morning is also good. Kandharasana for your pelvic area, Bhujanga Asana to strengthen your abdomen muscles and tone them.Tadasana or mountain pose is great for your whole body. after 6-7months you can do complex yoga poses like the Surya Namaskara. Take syp dashmularishta twice a day for 1month

A. Hello and good evening as I can see it has been 6 months to your surgery if you have been exercising lightly then definitely can go ahead for this if you have not been exercising atoll then please avoid
