I had beetroot yesterday and today my baby's poop has some red strands.. is it normal?

A. I have been only breastfeeding him. And I had started the iron drops today. but he did have little red strands(mucus type) in his diaper

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and if you have eaten beet root and his potty had red streaks so it’s impossible to have such things for baby

A. Yes it is normal, If you're pumping pink, red, or rust-tinged breast milk, it could be caused by a couple of things: Again, you may have consumed food or drinks that are naturally red or pink, like beets, or made with artificial dyes, like orange soda or red Jell-O. You may have a small amount of blood in your breast milk. Don't panic!
