Hello ma’am You know after delivery you should give a rest to your body for minimum 40 days to 60 days that’s mandatory because your body is so weak after delivery that you should take rest and if you’ve already started working and not taking proper rest and care which is why you are having too much of pain so I would advise you since you had a right now normal delivery go for a proper body massage every single day and take all the necessary supplements like vitamins calcium and iron for initial six months to deal with it and also consult your gynaecologist once
