Q.
I had a C-section with my baby along with family planning operation. what is the period after which I can full fledged house hold activities and exercises ? what is the lean period which should I follow ?

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
