I had 2 times at night like menses cramps, backpainum , it seemed to decrease in the morning. Is this true labor pain? Backpain is still there a little bit

The pain is going to be there it is going to be quite constant the stomach becomes hard and the pain stays for awhile then goes then comes again stays for a while but the gap between two pain reduces the contraction reduces so if you’re having a constant issue then there is no harm getting it checked because it could be a false alarm also but sometimes you can hit your labour slowly the process starts but you don’t lie so why take a chance unnecessarily
