A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage your breasts gently with coconut oil. Also you can apply boroline cream on the rashes but clean your breasts with damp cotton cloth before giving feed to the baby. Please note if you are getting that allergy from any food item or any clothes that you might be wearing. If you get fever then please consult with your doctor. Thanks and take care
