Q.

I got miscarriaged at 13 weeks of pregnancy on 25th Oct. I was spotting till this morning. I got my periods today evening with mild cramps. is it normal to get periods within 18 days after miscarriaged.

A. yes absolutely as its menses. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
