It might be due to hormonal imbalance so first of all drink plenty of water atleast 8 glasses in a day or up to 10 and eat more fibre rich food while grains and clear the bowel movements and take good sleep and apply Multani mitti and sandalwood paste twice a week and a gel base lotion with sunscreen like Curatio
