Q.

I got kachi haldi gathiya from market. I wanted to ask you how to make it? Should it be directly made in powder form and added in milk or should it be boiled and dried and then made in powder form

A. You can dry them in direct sunlight fir few days till it becomes torally dry and then grind it in a mixer grinder to fine powder abd then xan ve added to milk or cooking meals

A. Hello ma’am u can just directly grind it to a fine powder. Normally that is the only way to make a turmeric powder thing by directly grinding it you don’t need to wash it or do anything to it just simply grind it I just make a fine powder.. Other than turmeric I would advise you to add a little bit of black pepper also to the child’s milk you can add crushed or you can add black pepper powder which is easily available in the market or you can make fresh at home as per your convenience and that was very good for building a good immunity
