I got fever and chills. can I take paracetamol and still feed the baby??

A. Yeah of course you can take paracetamol and still breastfeed the child you can take any basic cold cough and fever medication during the time of lactation there is no problem and then also you can continue feeding the child as it is not going to affect your child
