Q.

I give my toddler two walnut, 8-10 pista, 3 badam as a school snack.. is this quantity is more for her or is it ok to give dry much in that much quantity. she is 5 yrs old it is daily routine

A. Hello dear parent! Personally, I feel it is a little bit on the higher side of dry fruit intake. If you’re still concerned get in touch with your doctor in this regard. Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care

A. In fact I would say that increase the quantity of almonds and walnuts you can easily make them 3 to 5 per day and then you can also also give pistachios to the child five or six this will be able to incorporate more of the other dry fruits which are equally healthy
