Q.
I give kidi care multivitamin drop and vitamin d3 must only to mu baby from 4th month..recently I got to know that my baby has hemoglobin only 9 is it any problem? Or whether I should add iron drops to my baby or it’s already there in the multivitamin drops

Yes of course you should give Iron supplement to their child it’s very important because the haemoglobin is quite low you should consult your doctor start with right supplement for your child which is what is going to be beneficial in the current situation for you to use
