I get little help from the maid for basic cleaning n cooking. But I am unable to take some time to sleep because my baby just cries whole night and everytime I try feeding he used to slp and when I get back to sleep he used to demand for milk. Because of this problem I used to sit most of the time feeding him or making him sleep. now I'm worried about back pain which is a major issue faced by many of them. I just wanna know if bed rest is required post delivery especially after the c section ?
