Q.

I get exhausted now-a-days.i went to a govt hospital and checked my blood sugar,bp,and hb.everything appeared normal.what might be the reason

A. Hi Since you got all your basic tests there can be 2 things 1. It must bewinter effect ...season change can lead to tiredness and fatigue...you can try to change your schedule or your diet . 2. If you are emotionally tired and exhausted...try to give yourself time throughout the day and do activities you enjoy ( serial or any hobby) or simply sleep 😊 since it's cold out there .

Okay you haven’t mentioned anything currently about your status so I’m just going to say with the situation that you are in there may be a high possibility that you are just having deficiencies in the body not getting proper sleep either you are tired or exhausted or taking a lot of stress as that maybe the reason behind it
