A. It is recommed to exclusively breastfeed/formula feed or combined feeding till 6 months.
After 6 months only you cab add solids in their diet.

A. you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only.
it is advisable to continue the the multi vitamin and supplement medicines given by your doctor
do not give food at this age

A. hello do. ot give bay cerelac till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 which would be safe and Introduction to solids must have caused constipation in baby as you are not giving water
