Q.

I gave my baby iron drops and d3drops for about 2months from birth by mixing with milk is it harm baby?but now I'm giving directly..to his mouth...

A. gi e directly don't mix iron drops in milk.. it is nessesary to give vit d3 drops till one year of age . While breast milk is the best source of nutrients for babies, it likely won't provide enough vitamin D

A. hi well , ideally , you should not mix any Medicine with food or milk. anyways ,as you already had given , now if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it much.
