I gave my baby formula and breast feed both then how to know my one month old baby is healthy?

A. hi first thing,it is not necessary to give formulafeeds as mother's milk is nature's ideal diet, please provide breasfeeding only and if your child is happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort then it means your child is growing well
