i gave my 48days old baby girl nan pro 1st time just because milk issue but she split up whole milk is it normal?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good afternoon even though little bit of spitting up is very normal with small children you don't have to get worried about that but too much of vomiting and if the milk is coming out in the same form in which was consumed it is a little concerning
