Q.

I gave crocin dsnto my 6 yr old. The fever is back in 3 hrs. Can i give ibuprofen over crocin

A. yes you may give in the right dose. keep a watch on body temp 6 hourly and give it if body temp is above 100 f. give lots of liquids to your child and do visit your doctor
