Massage and warm compress usually helps you can also check with your doctor if you can do anything any ointment you can use for the time being which would be helpful if you’re comfortable using an nipple I would recommend you to start using Babyhug nipple shield that will also be benefiting in avoiding these situation plus maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene
