Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. they are lymph nodes and are part of normal human body. you have to take any intervention and meet your doctor only if they are causing pain as wellz as they are increasing in size. many times during infection they will increase in size and they will again decrease in size when the infection gets controlled. x

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. Please do not self medicate the baby. Thanks and take care
