Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes, it could be a sign of dehydration. Make sure the child is getting adequate breast milk. If the child is above six months u may give few spoons of boiled and cooled water. But the best thing u can do is consult with your pediatrician once and follow his advice on this.
