AsthaMom of a 5 yr 3 m old child4 years agoA. If u are Covid positive .u just need to take all precautions..santize ur hands before handloom baby..as well as wear mask while feeding or anytime handling baby..

By following all the precautionary measures and wearing a mask you can continue breastfeeding your baby. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
