I found dandruff in my 5 month baby’s Anterior Fontanell (head) please help what to do

Are you sure it is dandruff because because a lot of my parents do not know that there is a thing called cradle capture in the head of the child from the time of birth it goes away automatically over the period and once you get the scalp shaved off still if you want I would recommend you to use spoo shampoo that’s very good
