RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. ya Sure the reason could definitely be stomach infection because if you see blood too much of stickiness foul smell or mucus into the school then it can very well indicate any kind of a stomach infection and you should never ignore blood into the store so please consult your doctor relating to this
