Q.
I feel uncomfortable to wear nursing bra while feeding my baby. Also my weight has increased. Iโm still not sure about the size. As everythg looks tight and uncomfortable ( brought two different sizes ๐ฅบ) . Is it must I should be wearing always to avoid sagging. Or is there any other way for nursing mom ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. dear mum it is not at all necessary to wear nursing bra. you can wear the normal cotton bra with good fitting now the size will be larger than what it was before you can try out. it is important to wear bra to avoid sagging remove during the night wear comfortable loose cotton clothing

Sowmya MMom of a 12 yr 2 m old girl7 years agoA. hi actually nothing so if your not comfortable don use just use normal bras and a simple nighy at this stage you should take lots of rest and eat healthy food
