you should have a proper sitting posture ase well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

Zincovit you can take as of now but maybe you are having other other deficiencies because sometimes weakness could be due to multiple deficiencies so better to check with your doctor and understand what all deficiencies do you have and accordingly they will be able to advise you with the right kind of supplements that you need to include and if any particular particular diet plan you need to follow
