I feel really weak and dizzy while breastfeeding. My baby is 2 months old.

PallaviMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl6 years agoA. hello eat supplement which are very important while feeding your gyne must have prescribed iron n calcium supplements...also have Shatavari every day....Shatavari i used to take three times with milk everyday...elders say if a nursing mother who has not taken shatavari before or during pregnancy and is unable to give enough milk to her baby, then using a shatavari supplement is highly recommended for her to enhance breast milk supply. This herb is good for the nursing mothers, particularly because it promotes lactation i used to have Dabur Shatavari with milk three times a day. Also Having methi in any form laddoo or sabji works really well along with moong daal have bowls full of it...and apple worked for me really well...Chia Seed: Chia seeds are considered a superfood for breastfeeding mothers. Chia seeds can boost your breast milk supply naturally and is a great source of calcium, fiber, fatty acids, and more.
