I feel extreme pain while nursing my 20month old in both my breast. Can it be a sign of no milk?

In this here it is very difficult to comjkment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

It has got no connection with having no milk the breast would probably go extremely soft if you do not have milk and it is not going to paint it could be associated with nerves or muscles you should get it checked with your doctor in order to have better clarity as per the situation situation
