I feel depressed. not getting enough sleep. my baby is 5 month now and she doesn't sleep well. what to do. I feel exhausted

In starting few months after birth babies don’t sleep well especially during night and it is quite normal but with the time it will get normal by it soon so you don’t have to worry about it at all. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six
