Q.

I feeded wrong proportion of formula milk to my child. it's 3 spoon to 100 ml and give him 1and half spoon to 50 ml. what should I do now?

A. for each 30ml a spoon is correct. if it is 100ml then 4 spoons is correct.

A. 2 spoons in 60 ml boiled water... that is the correct proportion
