Q.

I feed 3.5 months baby, the feed is not sufficient and I have to provide infant formula milk also. I drink around 3-4 glass of milk daily and use ghee and good amount of protein in my diet, still unable to fulfill the baby. Do we have any supplements that mother can take to improve milk supply?

A. More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed. baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient. Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
