POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce cow milk in baby's diet only after one year of age. As the digestive system and immunity of the baby are still developing, feeding cow milk may cause indigestion, vomiting and loss of appetite. Once you give cow milk, start with some food of it like oats, dalia, milkshakes with dry fruits, curd buttermilk, etc. Wait for 2-3 days to see if baby is able to digest it and only then start giving it regularly, initially mixing few spoons of water.
