Q.
I don't make curd at home but I use curd which is home made by someone in dairy near me..it's gud and fresh.. so if I keep it in fridge so for how long I can use it to give to my child ??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Try to consume within same day. After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.

U shud ideally use n give fresh curd to ur baby after u make curd. keep it in referigerator for an hour. take it our atleast an hr before u want to give to baby. n consume it at once only.. give everyday fresh curd
