I don't know wat is this.... plz help me to know wat type of infection it is?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. bacterial you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet yourd doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with soap and water
