Q.
I don't have enough milk to feed the baby. so I m giving formula now.. I m having 4 month old baby.. please anyone suggest some ways to improve like food etc

You You should have lactation supplements have about 5 to 6 L of liquids per day which is what is going to help in maintain hydration in the body and slowly gradually hopefully your breast feed should increase but do have lactation supplements I really give a good support
