Q.

I Don't have enough breastmilk for my preterm baby. she is vomiting when I'm using formula. If I add some more water then she is okay. will it cause any problems? or Shall I try Any other formula?

A. ask your doctor.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

A. Yes You can add little more water you can make the milk lighter than usual don’t give the same consistency as it is mentioned on the box suppose you’re giving 30 ML of milk will take 30 ML of water and three fourth of scoops of milk and then just shake it well I think that with the milk will be lighter and it will be easily digestible to your child and if needed you can even switch to half scoop if needed
