Q.

I don't have breast milk.. so my 2.5 months boy is only on formula.. how much formula should I give him in once?

A. Hi around 60-90 ml or you can increase to 125 ml. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods have more fruits and veggies it will help
