Q.
I don't eat eggs but I make my kids have it..I don't have idea as to how filling boiled eggs/omelette is..my younger one is 1 yr old...have started giving her omelette ... how filling half n omelette is...??..also how much boiled egg should be enough for her??

Eggs are a top source of protein for children and are easy to make and serve. You can give your baby the entire egg (yolk and white).
