Q.

I did not introduce sugars to my daughter until 2 years. her appetite had gone down drastically so i staryed including sugar in her diet. now she is more interested in sweet foods. She eats well when i give her roti/dosa/idli with sugar. eats very less otherwise..how much sugar per day is okay for a toddler?

A. sugar in more quantities or every time will not be good for baby.. you can go for natural sweet ner as fruit puree, jaggery dates or dates syrup.. baby should have salty foods also not every time only sugar..
