Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi IGUR stands for Intrauterine Growth Restriction. it means that fetus in womb is not growing as per age (week by week pregnancy ) . The most common cause is problem in the placenta which carries blood and food to baby . it is mostly caused by genetics .
