Q.

I delivered my child on 1 feb through normal delivery got stitches as well but even after 22 days stitches are not fallen off and one f the stitch got pulled whenever i sit or stand or walk and my motion is also so hard yo pass I feel.lots of pain during passing motion wht shoukd i do

A. Stool softeners such as Colace are also effective and safe. If you still need help, try a gentle laxative such as MiraLAX or Milk of Magnesia, which draws extra fluid into the intestines. (If you take a postpartum constipation laxative, be sure to drink plenty of water.)
