i delivered a baby girl through c-section. when i can start doing meditation and yoga? before pregnant my weight was 48 in my ninth month my weight was 63. now i came to my normal weight 47. what to do to be constant in my weight?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 years agoA. You can start doing meditation and brisk walking now it self. You can do cardio exercises along with abdominal exercises or yoga along with dieting after 6 months of surgery

A. Hi Mommy, after C-section, first you should consult your doctor for the right time to start exercising. The doctor can suggest you best looking at your stitches and then can recommend you best form exercise and diet for you to reduce weight and keep weight constant.
