I delivered 18 days ago ... but now I am suffering gastric problem .. for this my baby also suffers ... what to do ??

A. ok b vit is quite natural small babies will be having gas for different reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding you can do colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day f
