Q.

I could see a small bulge in my son’s right nostril. Can it be an infection ? he doesn’t complain of any pain or discomfort

A. hi your baby is 3.5 years old now bulge on inside of nose is generally due to swelling of mucosa lining nose do not worry just pus nasivion pediatric drops 1 drop in each nostril
