I carry my baby in left hip my left hand and left leg is paining baby is average weight if I lift him for long severe pain is there what should I do

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Hello mum, keep on changing the position to carry the baby so that the load gets divided . Avoid holding ur baby for long hours. Increase ur calcium intake and eat healthy diet. Take care
