I can see much redness near the anus of my 3 months old baby.. what should I do?

R GGuardian of a 3 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. can put cotton dipped in mustard oil outside the area. Redness will disappear in a day. Its normal and occurs sometimes when the area not cleaned properly.
